  システムメンテナンス中は仮IDから正式ID（RAINBOW ID）の申請ができません
  Due to this maintenance, the registration for your RAINBOW ID (from temporary ID to permanent ID) will be unavailable during the following date and time.

(2)メンテナンス期間 / Maintenance period
  2026/09/01(火)  10:00 ～ 13:30
  September 1st, 2026 (Tuesday) 10:00 - 13:30

  ※メンテナンスが終了次第、サービスを再開します。
  The service will resume as soon as the system maintenance is completed.
